Your Responsibilities
- Support in warehouse operations (e.g. goods receiving, order picking, inventory checks, shipping preparation)
- Administrative tasks such as data maintenance, document filing and support with shipping and customs paperwork
- Participation in the preparation and review of customs-relevant documents (e.g. export certificates, delivery documents)
- Support of the team in quality assurance processes and internal workflows
- Close collaboration with logistics, purchasing and accounting departments
Your Profile
- You are an enrolled student (preferably in a business, logistics, pharmaceutical or technical degree program — other fields welcome)
- You work reliably, carefully and in a structured manner
- You have an interest in logistical processes and administrative tasks
- Ideally, you have first experience in a warehouse or administrative environment
- Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel, Word)
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written, are mandatory as we operate internationally
- Sense of responsibility when handling customs and pharmaceutical regulatory documents
